The merchandise offered by Bulk Buy USA ranges in condition from overstock to open box store returns.

In most cases, the original packaging of the item will be distressed. Packaging distress can include minor dings, sticker residue, puncture holes, major dents and in some cases, the original packaging is no longer available.

We inspect hundreds of items a week and do our best to accurately describe the condition and completeness of each item. If we miss something, let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

It is sometimes very difficult to know if an item is complete, especially if the product manual is missing. (For example, we may not be able to verify that a piece of furniture has all of the nuts & bolts.) Often, the product manual/instructions are missing.

In most cases, we test for power only. If the item can be easily tested (via plug or battery), then we will note the item was tested for power only and the outcome of that test.

Many of the items we sell have some type of flaw or defect and we do our best to illustrate the condition through pictures and content. Our happiest buyers are those who understand they are not purchasing ‘brand new/pristine’ merchandise and are willing to overlook a known flaw or defect for huge savings!

Fees: All purchases are subject to a Buyer’s Fee. This small fee is calculated during the check-out process and is based on the total purchase amount.

All purchases are subject to prevailing Missouri sales tax. Contact our office via phone or email for tax-exempt purchases. A Missouri Tax Exemption Certificate is required.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase via the online store. At this time, we accept PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). We do not accept personal checks.

Shipping/Delivery: Items offered through the Bulk Buy USA ‘Online’ Warehouse are intended for local pickup only. We do not offer delivery or shipping. If you need an item shipped, visit our eBay Store and get the same awesome savings with worldwide shipping options.

Hours of Operation: Personnel are available to answer phone calls and email inquiries, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. (There are alternating Tuesdays that we close at noon.)

It is recommended you make an appointment for item pickup to ensure personnel are available to assist you. We are often able to accommodate flexible pickup days & times outside of our normal business hours.
